Training and Coaching Sessions are usually undertaken by Skype or telephone and can occasionally be undertaken via email. We interact in real time during your sessions as you view Site Central, etc., and we go through the process together.

Some people prefer to be shown. If that's you, once you get some hands-on talk-through and training, you'll be off and running, with GreenDoorIDEAS right here to answer your questions if we are needed.

which is reflected in the price of the GDI first Hour.  This can be used for any Training and Support purpose, or to assist setting up SBI.

Terms

  1. GreenDoorIDEAS.com is the trading name of The Internet Business Training Company or TIBTC (ABN 28 928 487 377)
  2. Solo Build It (SBI) is the main tool used to build your Internet Business and if purchased through GreenDoorIDEAS (TIBTC) with at least one hour (or more) of Training and Support will receive $40 discount (which is approximately 10% of SBI) that will be discounted from the first Training Hour.
  3. Payment is made by either Direct Deposit or Cheque.  There will be online payment available in the future.  Once payment is made training and support can commence.
  4. Blocks of time can be purchased at any time and can be used for training and support.
  5. Training will be undertaken by telephone, Skype, Apple Facetime, email and possibly face-to-face.  Email communications between training sessions will assist staying on track.
  6. It is assumed you will be prepared for a training session which is moulded around your needs.  Email questions and any feedback.  Cancellations of a session can be made up to 12 hours before a session.
  7. Refunds – SBI has a 90 day Refund Policy http://www.sitesell.com/more-info/guarantee-teeth90.html.
    TIBTC will refund pro-rata minus a small $10 administration fee.
